Many thanks for another fantastic adventure on Lug and in Mountain Ventures.  A great time was had by all, although, I am not sure that Robert was quite expecting a group of ‘laid back, non-elitist hill walkers’, who were as concerned about catching  up with each other as they were about hitting the summit in record times (… not)!!  It was great fun and enhanced by the snowfall the previous week!!! Although Aaron, your company on the hill was missed by all!!!

we returned from the leadership training course on Sunday night and I feel that everyone gained from the experience. It is a tribute to Aaron Byrne that the Saturday hike, which concluded at 9 p.m. in atrocious weather conditions, produced a soggy but cheerful group and no casualties.

Aaron Byrne the tutor/ instructor was excellent and food and accomodation and drying facilities were all totally satisfying.

I found it very beneficial and the whole training was excellent.

Dear Aaron and Sue,
Just a note to say a huge thankyou for your hospitality last weekend. Things could not have been better. Every thing from the clean accommodation, great food, friendly and helpful staff, to the orienteering, made for a weekend to remember.
Thanks again and hopefully we will get a chance to return in the future.

Thank you so much for providing us with a beautiful venue and a great brunch to help me celebrate my hen party in style! Many of the girls said it was the best hen they had been to and a lot of that was down to the great venue!
I had a fantastic time and hope to be back again on another occasion.

I enjoy a lot. It´s a good hostel. All clean, with a very good kitchen, and in Mountain Venture a beautiful and peaceful place. I hope came back one day.
